Role Overview

A luxury aesthetic clinic in Jumeirah, Dubai is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Patient Coordinator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong patient coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience providing high-quality customer service within the healthcare or aesthetic industry.

The successful candidate will manage patient interactions, appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and enquiries while ensuring a premium experience for all clients. Candidates with experience in luxury aesthetic clinics will be highly preferred.
