The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration or related field and has 5+ years in aesthetic/healthcare coordination, with fluent English and Arabic and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aesthetic/healthcare coordination.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, consultations, follow-ups and enquiries.
• Coordinate with patients to ensure a smooth, premium clinic experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients and deliver excellent customer service.
• Support daily patient coordination and administrative activities.
• Handle client communication in person, by phone, and through multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules.
