Job summary

Robot24.com is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead high-budget campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) from our Dubai office. You will be hands-on, building, testing, fixing and scaling campaigns to drive leads, conversions and revenue growth.

You will own strategy, execute A/B tests, monitor performance daily, optimize ROAS, and collaborate with Marketing, Social Media and Sales to push the business forward.

Qualifications

• 5 to 6+ years of proven, hands-on paid media experience.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• A track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for on-site work.
• Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn or Snapchat Ads.
• Experience in a media, tech, marketplace or B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of lead quality and funnel performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manage and scale advertising budgets while maximizing ROAS and ROI
• Build performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions and revenue
• Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, copy and landing pages
• Monitor campaign performance daily and turn the data into clear actions
• Manage conversion tracking, reporting and analytics
• Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media and Sales teams
