Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta) for a fully remote, contractor role based in United Arab Emirates. You will own paid acquisition, scale high-spend Google Ads, and build Meta campaigns from scratch while using AI tools to accelerate research, creatives, and reporting.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, set budgets and targets based on unit economics, and test new channels to drive new-customer revenue with sustainable CAC.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Experience managing at least $50,000 per month in Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of automated bidding strategies (ROAS, CPA, Value-based, Performance Max).
• Experience building a Meta account from scratch.
• Understanding of unit economics (Margins, AOV, LTV, payback, CAC).
• Experience optimizing for new-customer revenue.
• Audiences built from first-party data; explain origins.
• Creative ideation with portfolio required.
• Experience with incrementality tests and attribution windows.
• Understand conversion tracking and CRM data transmission.
• Experience hiring/managing freelancers or agencies.
• Launch of at least one new paid channel.
• Experience with multi-country campaigns.
• Advanced English at C1/C2.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads across $100k+/mo including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Build Meta advertising from scratch and scale campaigns.
• Analyze first-party data and audience signals to refine targeting.
• Research customer insights and competitors for messaging.
• Develop AI-powered static and motion creatives with designers help.
• Set budgets, bids, and targets using unit economics.
• Design experiments with hypotheses and metrics; assess results.
• Verify tracking across GA4, GTM, and Conversion API.
• Manage freelancers/agencies to address performance needs.
• Propose and launch new paid channels and tests.
• Report weekly on spend, new customers, CAC, revenue.
