Driven Properties is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X and programmatic DV360. You will work with the Head of Performance Marketing & Growth to drive qualified leads from buyers, sellers and tenants in a high-growth real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience across social, search and programmatic channels.
• Proven command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; DV360 experience a strong advantage.
• Track record managing six-figure AED monthly budgets with CPL/ROAS improvements.
• Strong analytical skills: GA4, conversion APIs, UTM governance, dashboards.
• Experience generating real estate leads and reconciling platform data with a CRM.
• Understanding of UAE real estate advertising compliance including Trakheesi permits.
• Sharp copy judgement; ability to brief creatives precisely; English required.
• Additional languages relevant to Dubai buyer markets are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute the quarterly channel plan across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X and DV360.
• Build audience strategies: geo, language, in-market, lookalike and CRM-based retargeting for Dubai.
• Translate briefs into channel plans with forecast leads, CPL and spend by platform.
• Run structured A/B and incrementality tests and document winning variants for scaling.
• Manage monthly budgets; pace spend and reallocate to top-performing mix.
• Meet CPL/ROAS targets; reconcile platform data with CRM through BI Analyst.
• QA campaign builds with peers/head before live launches; adopt automation tools.
• Maintain tracking pixels, GA4, CAPI, UTM governance and CRM mapping.
