Job summary

Ali Daioub Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads from our Dubai office. You will drive lead generation, refine targeting, and continuously improve campaign results against budget goals.

You will set up analytics, report performance, and stay current with platform updates to ensure best-in-class paid advertising performance for real estate campaigns in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads.
• Develop audience targeting strategies to reach the right audience and generate qualified leads.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
• Manage advertising budgets and track key metrics including CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking pixels and campaign analytics.
• Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on advertising trends, platform updates and best practices.
