Job summary

Melodica is seeking a senior paid acquisition specialist to own and grow Google Ads and Meta Ads across its group of companies in the UAE. You will build, optimise and scale campaigns, collaborating with marketing, sales and branch teams to improve lead quality and acquisition costs.

You will manage multiple accounts and locations, ensure GA4, GTM and CRM integrations are in place, and report on performance metrics to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Advanced Google Ads and practical Meta Ads expertise.
• Experience managing UAE campaigns and multi-branch service businesses.
• Valid Google Ads certifications; strong GA4, GTM, conversion-tracking and reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable Google Ads account structures by brand, service, location and segment.
• Manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including lead generation and remarketing.
• Optimise keywords, search terms, exclusions, targeting and budgets for efficiency.
• Scale qualified leads and customer acquisition across accounts and branches by performance.
• Configure GA4, GTM, conversions and CRM events; validate forms, calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Use conversions to connect advertising with downstream outcomes.
• Improve landing pages and lead journeys with marketing and sales teams; address lead quality issues.
• Report weekly and monthly on CPL, CPA, registrations and revenue or ROAS; document improvements.
