Job summary

Melodica is seeking a senior paid acquisition professional to own and grow campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will manage multiple brands and UAE-focused accounts, turning investment into qualified inquiries, registrations, and revenue.

The role requires hands-on optimization, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Sales, and a track record of scaling performance. You will build, test, and refine campaigns, measure impact, and drive efficient acquisition costs across branch

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience.
Advanced Google Ads knowledge and practical Meta Ads expertise.
Experience managing multiple accounts including UAE campaigns.
Proven ability to scale campaigns 5–10x with sustainable costs and lead quality.

Responsibilities

Build scalable Google Ads account structures by brand, service, location and customer segment.
Manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including lead generation and remarketing.
Optimise keywords, search terms, exclusions, targeting, bidding and budgets.
Scale qualified leads and customer acquisition across accounts and branches according to performance.
Configure GA4, GTM, conversions and Meta Pixel; validate forms, calls and CRM events.
Use enhanced conversions and offline conversions to connect advertising with outcomes.
Improve landing pages and lead journeys with cross-team collaboration.
Report on qualified leads, CPL, CPA, registrations and revenue; propose improvements.
