Job summary

Driven Properties L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to own hands-on planning, execution, and optimization across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X and programmatic DV360. You will manage budgets, forecast leads, and drive CPL targets while aligning with the Head of Performance Marketing & Growth.

This role requires 5+ years of experience, strong analytical skills (GA4, UTM, Looker Studio), and a proven record in real estate or high-ticket lead gen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media / performance marketing across social, search and programmatic channels.
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and X Ads; DV360 a plus.
• Track record of managing six-figure AED monthly budgets with CPL/ROAS improvements.
• Experience aligning platform data with CRM and analytics tools to drive pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Execute quarterly channel plans across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X and DV360 with forecasted leads and CPL targets.
• Manage monthly budgets, optimize spend, and report on CPL, ROAS and lead quality with CRM reconciliation.
• Brief design teams on ad creative specs; QA campaign launches and integrate automated and AI tools into day-to-day ops.
• Ensure compliance with Trakheesi permit requirements and UAE advertising norms across all campaigns.
