Job summary

Al-Futtaim Auto Leasing in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations Manager to drive sales support and operations for B2B corporate clients within the Financial Services division. You will lead relationship management, deal structuring, and onboarding through the customer lifecycle to ensure value and growth.

Manage relationships with high‑value clients, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and enforce SLA compliance, margin discipline, and scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management or B2B operations.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of leasing, fleet operations, or automotive corporate services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship owner for high‑value corporate clients, ensuring efficient interactions and SLA compliance.
• Lead quarterly and annual account reviews and provide insights from client feedback and market trends.
• Oversee Relationship Management Executives to ensure seamless service delivery across departments.
• Coordinate onboarding for new MTS clients and oversee supplier onboarding for high-quality service.
• Monitor SLAs, oversee offhire management, and collaborate with multiple teams for efficient order processing.
• Review renewal decisions and ensure timely renewal updates to clients.
