Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a Service Manager to drive the UAE service center network's operational, commercial and financial performance. You will lead excellence, develop teams, and steer growth initiatives while ensuring consistently high-quality customer experiences.

The role emphasizes audits, WIP management, cash flow, and compliance across locations, plus coaching leaders and pursuing local retail opportunities to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site teams in automotive aftersales.
• Strong understanding of workshop processes, WIP and cash flow management.
• Ability to drive accountability and consistent execution across locations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to go beyond conventional duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets across all service centers.
• Audit service processes, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Oversee WIP management and reduce aging cases to improve cash flow.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, quality requirements, and customer service expectations.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and adherence to company policies across locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop service center teams through training and performance management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and support leadership teams.
• Identify and execute local retail business development opportunities to drive growth.
• Drive continuous improvement, digital adoption, and process enhancements.
• Support expansion initiatives including new site setup and ramp-up.
