The Senior Manager - Sales Support and Operations acts as the operational bridge between B2B sales, corporate customers, fleet activities, finance, logistics, and service teams. The position ensures that commercial agreements are converted into accurately structured contracts, timely vehicle delivery, reliable service execution, and profitable account performance. Success depends on maintaining strong client relationships while controlling operational complexity, protecting margins, meeting SLAs, and creating scalable processes that support continued corporate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the operational management of strategic and high-value corporate accounts across the leasing and managed transport lifecycle.
- Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders and maintain responsive communication throughout service delivery.
- Lead quarterly and annual account review meetings covering operational performance, service quality, contract status, and future requirements.
- Translate customer feedback, market developments, and operational trends into actionable recommendations for management.
- Oversee Relationship Management Executives and ensure consistent coordination between customers and internal departments.
- Provide leadership to teams supporting Managed Transport Services and maintain accountability for service standards.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex customer issues and coordinate timely resolution across relevant functions.
- Identify recurring service problems and introduce process improvements to reduce future operational disruption.
- Coordinate onboarding for new corporate and Managed Transport Services customers from contract confirmation through operational launch.
- Manage supplier onboarding and monitor supplier performance against agreed quality and service expectations.
- Track contractual SLAs and ensure customer commitments are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
- Work with Contract Origination, Sales, Vehicle Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to process orders efficiently.
- Monitor fleet lifecycle activities including vehicle allocation, delivery, maintenance status, registration renewals, and customer communication.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates regarding vehicle readiness, maintenance progress, delays, and service requirements.
- Review contract renewal recommendations and ensure customers receive renewal proposals at least 90 days before expiry.
- Oversee offhire activities and ensure vehicle returns, agreement closures, and associated charges are processed correctly.
- Verify fines, tolls, damages, outstanding liabilities, and final invoice details before closing customer agreements.
- Support deal structuring and operational feasibility assessments to ensure new business delivers acceptable commercial returns.
- Monitor service delivery costs and operational activities to maintain margin discipline and profitability.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, account documentation, operational trackers, and management reports.
- Balance multiple corporate accounts and competing priorities while protecting service quality and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Profile
This position is suited to a commercially aware operations and relationship management professional with practical knowledge of corporate leasing, fleet services, or B2B automotive solutions.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate account management, client relationship management, B2B service operations, leasing, or fleet services.
- Strong understanding of vehicle leasing, fleet operations, managed transport, or automotive corporate services.
- Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and high-value accounts.
- Experience coordinating contracts, onboarding, service delivery, renewals, and account lifecycle activities.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with confidence when dealing with senior client stakeholders.
- Previous leadership or team supervision experience with the ability to set priorities and maintain execution standards.
- Ability to resolve complex customer and operational issues through structured problem solving.
- Strong organizational capability when managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and service commitments.
- Fluency in English.
- Arabic language capability is advantageous.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Practical experience using CRM systems for customer management, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong presentation skills for customer reviews, performance discussions, and internal management updates.
