Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of professional sales experience.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing sales teams.
• Proven ability to drive teams toward challenging sales targets.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and effective sales techniques.
• Strong understanding of customer service and customer satisfaction principles.
• Commercial awareness and general knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
• Experience evaluating sales performance and implementing improvement actions.
