Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi is looking for a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead planning, cost control, risk, and reporting for a major offshore project. You will drive integrated schedules, develop KPIs, and ensure governance across ADNOC Offshore interfaces.

Ideal candidates have 15–20 years in oil & gas project controls, offshore experience, and strong leadership in EPC/EPCI environments. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; master's preferred.
• 15–20 years in oil & gas or major capital projects with offshore exposure.
• 10+ years in project controls leadership on large EPC/EPCI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls team across planning, cost control, and risk.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules and KPI dashboards.
• Forecast costs, track variances and reporting to management.
• Ensure governance, contract compliance, and change management.
