Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking a seasoned Project Control Manager to support ADNOC Offshore projects, with a focus on scheduling, cost control and progress reporting, backed by strong modular experience.

The candidate should bring 10+ years in Oil & Gas/EPC, proven offshore project controls leadership, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication and commissioning teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Oil & Gas / EPC with strong project controls exposure.
• Proven experience as a Project Control Manager on major Offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• ADNOC Offshore and modular project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project control activities for ADNOC Offshore projects.
• Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules.
• Coordinate planning with engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication and commissioning.
• Monitor progress against baselines and identify delays and critical activities.
• Manage cost control including budget, commitments and forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain project control reports and dashboards.
• Provide regular updates on schedule, cost and progress status.
• Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders for progress data.
• Review schedules, measurements and performance data.
• Identify schedule/cost impacts and support recovery plans.
• Monitor modular fabrication, transport and installation activities.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, ADNOC requirements and project specs.
• Support forecasting, planning and performance analysis.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
