Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee offshore construction activities for the ADNOC Offshore project, ensuring safe, compliant execution and on-schedule delivery. The role covers supervision of fabrication, offshore installation, mechanical completion, and commissioning, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project controls.

Initial placement at client or contractor offices in Abu Dhabi with potential move offshore, focusing on interfaces,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, or related discipline).
Extensive experience in oil & gas with strong construction management.
Significant offshore EPC project experience.
Proven ability to manage construction and installation in PMC/Client/EPC environments.
Knowledge of offshore fabrication, transportation, installation, and brownfield modifications.
Experience supervising EPC contractors from fabrication through commissioning.
Familiarity with HSE and quality requirements for offshore construction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage offshore construction activities to ADNOC Offshore requirements and project procedures.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee offshore construction and installation activities.
Supervise EPC contractor performance during fabrication, construction, offshore installation, and commissioning phases.
Coordinate construction activities with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, HSE, Quality, Commissioning, and other disciplines.
Review contractors' construction execution plans, procedures, and schedules.
Monitor progress and identify constraints or delays; drive corrective actions.
