Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a Lead Project Control Engineer to manage project planning and cost control per the Project Execution Plan. You will work with the Project Control Manager to ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost compliance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 15+ years in oil & gas or petrochemical, offshore exposure, and preferred GCC region experience. ADNOC/offshore project experience is required. PMP/CCP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Fifteen or more years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• Five or more years in GCC region experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure baseline schedule follow-up and monitoring, performance reporting, baseline change control, risk management and earned value guidance.
• Apply effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost/schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis).
• Support program integration, governance, formats, plan optimization and project controls best practices.
• Develop integrated project schedules reflecting interfaces, feedstock, offsite and utilities with multiple contractor schedules.
