Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Abu Dhabi for leading project control activities across planning, scheduling and cost control in oil & gas projects.

The role requires extensive experience, ability to supervise the project controls team, develop integrated schedules, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations and delivery milestones.

You will generate progress reports and provide governance across multiple contractors to safeguard budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of project controls experience in oil & gas.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost and risk tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead project control activities including planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Develop integrated project schedules reflecting multiple interfaces and milestones.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports and manage governance across programs.
