Ideal candidates have 15–20 years in oil & gas project controls, offshore experience, and strong leadership in EPC/EPCI environments. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires on-site collaboration.

Job Purpose The Project Controls Manager is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and managing all Project Controls activities for ADNOC Offshore projects, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, progress measurement, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The role provides strategic oversight and timely project performance information to support management decision-making, ensuring project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and operational readiness are achieved.

At least 5 years in a Procurement Lead or Senior Procurement role. Proven experience managing procurement activities for offshore oil and gas projects. Strong exposure to EPC, FEED, and brownfield modification projects. Experience with ADNOC Group projects or major international operators is highly preferred. Experience managing procurement packages exceeding USD 50-100 million is advantageous.
