Job summary

Worley is seeking a Construction Engineer in the United Arab Emirates to provide construction support, ensuring work adheres to client fabrication and installation specifications. You will coordinate with the client to ensure methods are clear and fit for purpose, while supporting Project Engineers through all lifecycle phases.

The role requires offshore experience with ADNOC project exposure and involves constructability reviews, liaising with vendors and client teams, and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Demonstrated safety leadership and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience (GCC preferred).
• ADNOC project experience is required.
• Offshore experience is mandatory.
• Good interpersonal, team engagement and ability to influence skills.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with others.

Responsibilities

• Be conversant with and comply with the HSSE plan.
• Promote construction involvement in design, fabrication and workpack planning.
• Familiarity with client construction support providers and contractors.
• Take responsibility for construction and completions activities.
• Collaborate across multi-discipline teams to deliver results.
• Promote cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
• Lead constructability reviews and interface with client on fabrication/installation queries.
• Maintain professional relations with client procurement and construction groups.
• Ensure constructability is considered early in scope and workpack development.
• Oversee workpack preparation including testing requirements and equipment needs.
• Ensure contents of workpacks meet scope requirements.
