Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor for an Abu Dhabi site project in the oil & gas sector. You will lead multi-discipline teams, ensure conformance to EPC contract requirements, and coordinate with EPC Contractors to resolve interfaces and drive safe execution.

With 10+ years in offshore oil & gas, you will review procedures, support completion activities, and drive Right First Time handover while conforming to HSSE and quality norms.

Qualifications

• Ten (10+) years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, including GCC region.
• Offshore experience is mandatory.
• Experience with debottlenecking and flare minimization projects is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans, procedures, and requirements to ensure constructability.
• Monitor EPC contractor resources and progress to meet the schedule.
• Oversee adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate interfaces with EPC Contractors, vendors, and licensors.
• Review Mechanical Completion and Pre-commissioning documents and certificates.
