Job summary

WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Construction Manager to supervise PMC construction teams and coordinate all construction activities on the Project, ensuring safety, quality and progress in line with the EPC contract.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 15 years in FEED/EPC in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, with offshore and brownfield experience and ADNOC project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in FEED/EPC execution in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
• 5+ years in a similar mega project role.
• ADNOC project experience required.
• Offshore and brownfield offshore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion Project Safety culture and engagement.
• Resolve construction issues across project phases.
• Maintain an effective safety plan on site.
• Coordinate with PMC home office and stakeholders.
• Ensure constructability input from FEED to EPC.
• Verify contractor compliance with drawings, specs and schedule.
• Review contractor procedures, organization, plans and schedules.
• Approve work packages and close‑out dossiers; handover documentation.
