Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior engineer to lead construction and project execution activities within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical environments in the GCC, including offshore and onshore projects. You will oversee design integration, workpack preparation, and cross-discipline coordination to ensure scope compliance and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes safe delivery, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to drive constructability improvements while liaising with client and contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• 5+ years in GCC region preferred; UAE Nationals 12+ years noted.

Responsibilities

• Comply with HSSE plan and drive safe construction practices.
• Lead design, fabrication, and workpack planning in multi-discipline settings.
• Develop and maintain constructability input from early project stages.
• Oversee offshore surveys, fabrication queries, and installation plans.
• Build strong relationships with client, procurement, and construction teams.
• Ensure timely IFC comments and delivery of workpacks meeting scope.
