Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates seeks a senior Construction/Project engineer to lead multi-discipline teams in major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. You will drive constructability, planning, and installation strategies across offshore and onshore scopes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15+ years in relevant sectors, and at least 5 years in a leadership position. ADNOC/offshore project experience is preferred, with emphasis on FEED & EPC phases and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience (12 years for UAE nationals).
• At least 5 years in a similar role leading a team of Specialists, Engineers and Senior Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSSE plan and promote safe work practices.
• Lead constructability reviews and ensure early involvement of fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with client procurement and construction groups to align scope and workpacks.
• Oversee offshore surveys, testing requirements, and equipment planning for workpacks.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with offshore/onsite teams and vendors; ensure timely IFC comments.
