Job summary

Worley is seeking a highly experienced construction professional for a senior role in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will supervise on-site construction activities, coordinate interfaces between EPC contractors, and ensure completion documentation and safety compliance across the project lifecycle.

Minimum 10+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, with offshore exposure and GCC region experience, is essential. Strong HSSEQ practices and effective stakeholder coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or engineering equivalent with extensive Oil & Gas/Petrochemical background.
• Over a decade of experience in relevant industry, including GCC region.
• Experience offshore (island, barge, platform, complex) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review the overall construction plan, procedures and requirements to ensure constructability.
• Monitor EPC Contractor’s resources and progress against the project schedule.
• Ensure all construction procedures, method statements and ITPs are issued and approved before work starts.
• Oversee inspections and ensure workmanship meets standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors/licensors and stakeholders to support construction activities.
• Review Mechanical Completion and pre-commissioning documentation and certify readiness.
