Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Principal Offshore Detailed Engineering Lead in Abu Dhabi to guide offshore scope, ensuring compliance with Worley processes and ADNOC standards. You will manage multi‑office teams and steer complex offshore platforms from design through handover.

You will mentor engineers, oversee risk and interface management, and coordinate with procurement, construction, and commissioning to deliver safe, compliant projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, professional registration in local jurisdiction.
• Experience in offshore EPCM/EPC projects and offshore detailed engineering.
• Strong leadership across multi‑discipline, multi‑location teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide offshore detailed engineering leadership and direction for offshore scope and interfaces.
• Define project organization and select discipline leads and key resources.
• Lead multi‑discipline, multi‑location teams, including onshore and offshore centers.
• Mentor discipline leads and address capability gaps proactively.
• Drive progress and ensure alignment with ADNOC standards and client requirements.
