Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead offshore interface management, engineering strategy and multi-contract delivery. You will oversee the coordination of interfaces, provide technical direction, and drive cost-effective solutions across complex oil and gas projects.

The role requires strong leadership, HSE focus, and the ability to work across regional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality engineering works while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience in Select / Define / Execute Stage for mega Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas contracts and offshore projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation and maintenance procedures for document control and interfaces across projects.
• Develop and apply Interface Management procedures and project interface matrix.
• Organize and attend project meetings to align teams and contractors.
• Provide engineering advice to ensure delivery of multi-contract projects within time, budget and quality.
• Lead engineering teams in UAE and other regions, delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are integrated in design and compliant with legislation.
• Capture and share lessons learned to improve offshore project delivery.
