Shory, Abu Dhabi-based Insurtech, seeks a seasoned Claims Specialist – Non Motor to lead end-to-end claims management. You will interface with clients, insurers, and regulators to ensure compliant resolutions and superior customer service on non-motor lines such as property, engineering and casualty.

The role requires at least 10 years in insurance or broking, a strong legal/regulatory acumen, and excellent negotiation skills.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance or insurance broking.
Experience handling large-scale claims in property, engineering, or casualty.
Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and stakeholder communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the claims lifecycle.
Oversee end-to-end claims processing in line with policies and regulations.
Review complex claims and recommend accurate settlements.
Advocate for clients with insurers to establish policy terms and compensability.
Maintain meticulous records of claims activities and prepare management reports.
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
