Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in the United Arab Emirates invites applications for a Property Claims Specialist to manage assigned claims end-to-end within authority and with strong attention to accuracy.

You will review policy terms and supporting documents, coordinate with policyholders, brokers, surveyors and loss adjusters, maintain reserves and prepare clear claim notes, ensuring timely settlements or declinatures in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of insurance experience, preferably in Property claims.
• Knowledge of Property insurance products and claims processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Register process and monitor assigned Property claims.
• Review policy coverage terms warranties exclusions loss adjuster reports and supporting documents.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and maintain accurate system records.
• Maintain appropriate claim reserves and complete documentation coverage assessment alongside liability and quantum.
• Prepare clear reasoned claim notes recommending strong approval settlement declinature or further investigation strong supported by relevant policy provisions and evidence.
• Handle assigned Property claims end-to-end strong within the given authority strong while supporting the Team Leader with claim monitoring follow-ups reporting and workflow requirements.
• Coordinate with policyholders brokers re-insurers surveyors loss adjusters and service providers providing timely claim-status updates.
• Manage recovery salvage and reinsurance requirements where applicable.
• Process and communicate approved settlements or declinatures within the prescribed TAT and maintain all supporting records in DMS.
• Comply with company policies procedures service standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
