BuildWell HR Solutions in Dubai seeks an Insurance Claims Manager – Motor with extensive UAE claims leadership experience to manage Motor and Non-Motor claims operations. The role oversees settlements, cost control, and regulatory compliance, reporting to senior management.

You will lead a 7-8 person team, drive performance KPIs, and ensure adherence to CB UAE requirements. A strong background in motor claims and governance is essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Minimum 15-20 years of general insurance claims experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role in UAE.
• ACII or FIII professional insurance qualifications are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Motor and Non-Motor claims and CB UAE insurance regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Motor and Non-Motor claims assessment, investigation, approval, and settlement.
• Manage complex and high-value claims, reserves, fraud investigations, recoveries, and disputes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with UAE insurance regulations and internal procedures.
• Monitor costs, loss ratios, turnaround times and KPIs for the department.
• Manage relationships with brokers, garages, loss adjusters, surveyors, lawyers and reinsurers.
• Lead and develop a claims team of 7-8 members and report performance to Senior Management.
• Liaise with CB UAE as required.
