Job summary

A leading elevator company is seeking a Sales Operations professional in Dubai. The candidate will support MOD sales operations, negotiate contracts, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, preparing estimates, managing renewals, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sales, a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation skills. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with sales operations in a construction/engineering organization.
• At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English essential; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all MOD & off-portfolio BEX enquiries from end to end.
• Prepare estimates and issue quotations for additional repairs and modernization.
• Negotiate maintenance contract renewals with clients.
• Develop strong client relationships and understand their needs.
• Manage a portfolio of elevator units.
