Job summary

Accor is seeking a Senior Meetings & Events Manager in Dubai to proactively drive M&E business by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. You will focus on external sales, lead generation and developing a robust MICE pipeline, coordinating with multiple hotel departments to maximise revenue.

The role requires 3–5 years' experience in M&E or related sales in a hotel environment, with strong negotiation and account-management skills. A 4/5-star setting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies, targets and develops new Meetings & Events business opportunities.
• Develops business from corporate accounts, government entities, DMCs, PCOs, event agencies, associations and other MICE partners.
• Conducts regular external sales calls, client appointments, sales blitzes, networking activities and client entertainment.
