Job summary

Accor in Dubai seeks a Senior Meetings & Events Manager to proactively drive MICE business through new client acquisition and existing accounts. The role focuses on external sales, account development, and lead generation to maximize M&E revenue, group room nights, and F&B contribution.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in M&E or sales within hospitality, with supervisory experience and a track record of corporate events, conferences, weddings, and social functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of M&E, conferences, or sales in hospitality in Dubai.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotel environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive M&E business through new acquisitions and existing accounts.
• Develop pipeline of MICE opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct external sales calls, meetings, and events to generate leads.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Banquet departments.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, budgets, and forecasts.
