Job summary

Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager – MICE to drive meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, events, and group business. You will build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, agencies, DMCs, and partners, while winning new opportunities through proactive outreach and creative selling.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality sales with a strong MICE focus, excellent negotiation skills, and fluency with CRM systems and hotel platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hospitality sales with a focus on MICE
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, DMCs and partners
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM and hotel management systems

Responsibilities

• Drive MICE and group business for Mama Shelter Dubai.
• Identify and develop partnerships with corporate clients and agencies.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, site inspections, and industry events.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close opportunities.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and provide forecasts to the Director of Sales
