Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven track record in MICE, corporate and wedding sales.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple clients and events, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow MICE and corporate segments including weddings, social events and group bookings.
• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and sales calls.
• Maintain relationships with clients, event planners, travel agencies and stakeholders to secure repeat business.
• Engage with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Conduct site inspections, presentations and negotiations to convert leads into bookings.
• Collaborate with events planning, operations, culinary, banquet and service teams to ensure seamless execution.
