This role is suited for a service-focused coordinator who can manage daily logistics transactions, guide drivers, monitor fleet movement, support customer satisfaction, and maintain high operational standards across vehicle leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide logistics drivers to ensure every vehicle delivery and collection is completed professionally and in line with service standards.
• Mentor drivers on customer handling, transaction accuracy, punctuality, vehicle presentation, and service expectations.
• Ensure drivers understand daily duties, department targets, customer service requirements, and operational priorities.
• Support the Supervisor or Manager in conducting regular team meetings, impact planning sessions, and follow‑up on agreed action plans.
• Take ownership of daily logistics reporting, including vehicle inventory, transaction reports, fleet on replacement, same day returns, and vehicle aging reports.
• Monitor lease‑ready vehicle availability and coordinate timely delivery to reduce branch aging and improve turnaround time.
• Coordinate fleet movement for key accounts and ensure service bookings, maintenance follow‑ups, and customer requirements are managed properly.
• Track KPIs related to key accounts, reference service, maintenance coordination, vehicle delivery, collection, and transaction completion.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for key account fleet requirements and ensure follow‑ups are completed within expected timelines.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in line with approved procedures to support fast resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex customer challenges to the Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager according to the agreed process.
• Conduct daily driver briefings at the start of the shift to communicate planned transactions, priorities, delivery expectations, and operational changes.
• Conduct weekly driver briefings to review progress, discuss challenges, align transaction plans, and reinforce process discipline.
• Arrange refresher training sessions for drivers to ensure consistent understanding of logistics procedures and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth vehicle allocation, maintenance readiness, delivery scheduling, and collection planning.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure reporting information is complete, timely, and useful for decision‑making.
• Support continuous improvement in logistics efficiency, customer experience, driver performance, and fleet utilization.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.
• More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• More than 2 years of experience managing people in a logistics, fleet, vehicle leasing, rental, or transport coordination role.
• Strong understanding of vehicle delivery, collection, fleet replacement, service bookings, maintenance follow‑up, and lease operations.
• Experience coordinating drivers, tracking daily transactions, and managing operational reporting in a customer-focused environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Able to prepare, update, and interpret fleet reports, inventory records, transaction updates, and aging information.
