Chalhoub Group is seeking a Senior Loyalty Marketing professional to lead omnichannel loyalty campaigns and lifecycle strategies. You will work across internal teams and with partners to drive member engagement, retention and advocacy while maintaining Brand DNA.

You will develop and execute best-in-class digital and CRM initiatives, optimize across channels, and analyze performance to continuously improve ROI and impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in omnichannel marketing within Loyalty Programmes and/or luxury fashion, beauty or hospitality.
• 3+ years in CRM/Lifecycle in loyalty.
• Strong English & native Arabic verbal and written skills for bilingual copywriting and proofreading.
• Experience navigating and managing content via CMS.
• Loyalty and Digital tech stack: GA, Meta, Salesforce MC, reporting tools.
• Strong ability to analyze data and derive insights for campaigns and channels.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute loyalty programmes and lifecycle campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate with Analytics, CRM, Product and Digital teams to optimize campaigns and journeys.
• Manage content creation and publishing via CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Create assets with the Creative team for emails, landing pages and digital content.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to improve ROI and engagement.
