Job summary

Azadea Group seeks a Group CRM, Loyalty and Performance Manager to shape regional CRM, customer data, loyalty initiatives and digital performance. You will define the strategic direction, supervise data governance, and partner with marketing teams and agencies to drive engagement and commercial results.

You will lead cross-brand loyalty programs, optimize campaigns across channels, and ensure CLV/NCLV metrics guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Admin or Digital Marketing; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years in CRM, E‑Commerce Data Analytics or similar; multi-brand retail or F&B experience preferred.
• 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with CRM platforms (MoEngage, Braze, CleverTap) and analytics tools.
• Advanced digital performance marketing and campaign optimization skills.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL; knowledge of cloud data warehouses.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategize regional CRM, customer data, loyalty and digital performance with multi-year roadmap.
• Define central customer data operating framework and optimization processes.
• Lead Snowflake transition and maintain dashboards; establish CLV and NCLV metrics.
• Oversee data quality, consent management, and regulatory compliance across markets.
• Drive CRM lifecycle strategies: acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Develop and evolve loyalty programs using customer insights to boost value.
• Own loyalty program performance, enrolment, usage and redemption analysis.
• Manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push) to boost loyalty.
• Create customer journeys and resolve pain points across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Ensure CRM platform integrates with other systems and supports analytics needs.
• Set performance measures for digital traffic and affiliate programs.
