The role requires 1-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding operations and customer service, a graduate degree, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to maintain high-quality client service and daily engagement with carriers and clients.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding operations experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Graduate-level education or higher.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to client inquiries and requests.
• Maintain contact with clients, carriers and potential clients daily.
• Resolve issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Proactively provide quality client service.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Resolve client complaints by identifying root causes.
