Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in shipping and logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics industry regulations and practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other channels in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about shipping schedules, rates, and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange shipments, track cargo, and resolve issues.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and communicate these to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
