Job summary

DP World in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage client communications and service requests ensuring high service standards and strong customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have experience in customer service within the logistics sector. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple requests, and proficiency in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client care or administrative coordination within Dubai, UAE.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and service tracking processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet KPI-driven targets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers through phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Handle inquiries, service requests and complaints professionally while meeting defined service level agreements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and service requests within agreed KPIs.
• Prepare and issue NOCs, Ejari certificates, official letters, circulars, memos and presentations as required.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications with customers and relevant government authorities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Track requests in the CRM system, elevate to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support customer retention initiatives by building strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
• Prepare service performance reports, conduct customer surveys and elevate critical cases to management.
