Job summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to manage HR operations, payroll coordination, and camp administration across all businesses within the Group. The role ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law and supports site, camp, and office operations.

Preferred candidates will have prior construction-sector experience due to site-based workforce requirements, and fluency in English and Arabic to engage with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, and camp administration.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations across Group businesses, sites, camps, and offices.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Coordinate with PRO / Government Relations on visas, Emirates ID, medicals, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, HR systems, and documentation.
• Supervise monthly payroll processing across Group entities.
• Review and validate payroll, attendance, leave, allowances, and deductions.
• Ensure payroll accuracy in line with contracts and UAE Labour Law.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies and support WPS compliance.
• Supervise HR-related camp administration, including accommodation allocation, transfers, and exits.
• Monitor compliance with camp rules, hygiene standards, and employee welfare requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Support manpower planning and workforce coordination; supervise HR team members.
