Job summary

Dautom is placing you with a globally recognized client to handle advanced IT support, endpoint configuration, and enterprise AD/Exchange tasks. You will resolve escalated issues, support imaging and deployment, and guide Level 1 staff to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced and escalated IT issues.
• Provide advanced support for OS, office apps, and peripherals.
• Manage endpoint configurations and imaging/deployment procedures.
• Support Active Directory and Exchange services.
• Coordinate with network teams on DNS/DHCP and connectivity.
