Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to handle day-to-day hardware and software issues, diagnose incidents, and provide on-site assistance across multiple sites.

You will install OS, deploy software, manage AD/Azure AD, ensure data backups, monitor trends, and support network upgrades. A 3–5 year background in L1/L2 support with Office 365 experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in L1/L2 technical support environments.
• Office 365 Administration and Active Directory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, security, and connectivity incidents.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, WLAN and network issues.
• Perform OS installation, imaging, software deployment, and system upgrades.
• Ensure secure backups before major changes and maintenance.
• Manage user accounts and access through AD/Azure AD.
• Provide on-site support across multiple company locations.
• Monitor recurring issues and participate in shift rotations as needed.
