Job summary

SmartChoice is seeking a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant focused on the US IT market. You will own new business development, identify opportunities, and secure new logo accounts across software engineering, cloud, data, AI and security.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams, generating recruitment opportunities and leading end-to-end client engagements from discovery to placement.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment and a track record of growing accounts.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new client accounts within the IT and technology market.
• Generate leads through proactive business development and outreach activities.
• Engage with decision-makers including Hiring Managers, IT Directors, and Procurement teams.
• Arrange client meetings to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges.
• Negotiate terms of business, rates, and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to transition accounts.
• Meet and exceed new business revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
