Job summary

Element Search is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape our growth by identifying top technical and professional talent in engineering, operations, and commercial roles. You will partner with business leaders, build credible candidate pipelines, and drive a data‑driven recruitment process across the organization, ensuring a compelling candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, skilled, operational and professional roles.
• Preferred experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, industrial services, lifting solutions, logistics, or project-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with department heads to understand role impact, requirements and timelines.
• Proactively identify candidates through multiple channels and build specialist pools.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for fit and potential growth.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and maintain momentum in the process.
• Create a professional, respectful candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Prepare offers and support negotiations with internal decision-makers.
• Track and report key metrics to improve sourcing, assessment and closing.
• Represent the organization credibly in the talent market.
• Continuously review and implement improvements to talent mapping, sourcing and processes.
