Inspire Selection in Dubai is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant/Manager to grow our technology desk, win new business, and build long-term client relationships. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and strong earning potential within a supportive team.

You'll leverage our UAE presence, network, and established client base to drive growth, attend industry events, and deliver excellent candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years' experience in agency recruitment specialising in Technology / IT.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Entrepreneurial with strong communication skills.
• UAE recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow our Technology / IT recruitment desk.
• Proactively win new business and build your own client portfolio.
• Negotiate Terms of Business confidently.
• Deliver an excellent client and candidate experience.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
