Job summary

Element is seeking a senior executive search professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for C-suite leaders, partnering with boards to source and place top talent while expanding client partnerships and new business. You will craft market-mapping strategies, vet candidates through rigorous interviews, and present shortlisted profiles to decision-makers.

The role requires sector expertise, strong business acumen and hands-on experience with ATS/CRM/ERP systems to enable AI-driven talent

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in executive search, corporate talent acquisition or management consulting.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Deep understanding of corporate structures and talent market trends.
• Sector proficiency in deliverables and clientele served.
• Experience with ATS, CRM and ERP platforms for AI and automation touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client boards and senior stakeholders to define role criteria and objectives.
• Design market-mapping initiatives and targeted search strategies.
• Source, vet and present senior candidates through rigorous interviews.
• Deliver detailed assessment profiles and shortlists to clients.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and drive executive search retainers.
