Job summary

BitDelta Pro, a regulated multi-asset broker, seeks an experienced Institutional Sales Manager – Equities to lead growth of our institutional client base in global equities, equity CFDs, and multi-asset offerings from Dubai.

You will own the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with Compliance, Trading, Risk, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions and drive activity with hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and brokers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in institutional sales, equity sales, CFD sales, brokerage sales, business development, or financial markets.
• Proven experience with institutional or professional clients within equities, brokerage, trading, or financial services sectors.
• Established network of institutional investors, asset managers, family offices, brokers, hedge funds, fintech firms, professional traders, or HNW individuals.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, leveraged trading products, trading infrastructure, custody solutions, and institutional investment products.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard institutional clients in equities trading, equity CFDs, investment, custody, and prime brokerage solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across target markets.
• Build relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, banks, brokers, and proprietary trading firms.
• Drive institutional trading volumes, assets under custody, and revenue growth.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and present trading platform, pricing, and services to clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on campaigns and lead generation.
