Job summary

Pave Bank in Dubai is seeking a high-calibre institutional sales professional to drive growth and shape commercial strategy. You will lead the full lifecycle from origination to closing, structuring multi-currency and digital asset solutions for sophisticated clients such as exchanges, OTC desks, funds, fintechs, and corporates.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of enterprise or institutional sales experience.
• Proven ability to originate and close complex institutional accounts.
• Strong understanding of cross-border settlement and digital asset operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of multi-currency banking and treasury capabilities.
• Lead and close high-value institutional opportunities across partners.
• Structure multi-entity, cross-border settlement and custody workflows.
• Develop commercial proposals and revenue models.
• Translate requirements into scalable banking and digital asset solutions.
• Shape client strategy with market mapping and insights.
• Contribute to sales playbooks and scalable processes.
• Support development of junior talent as the team scales.
